The Airport Meeting Service is provided for passengers arriving at airport and who book our service. With your provided airport arrival detail, we will schedule our staff to meet you at airport, near the information counter on arrival level. We will monitor for any early or delayed arrival. Luggage will be available for pickup at the belt area from 20 mins after flight landing. It takes at least about 30 mins to clear custom after flight landing. On average, it takes 40 mins to clear custom. It is NOT good idea to wait for you just outside the glass exit door after custom clearance, as it will be crowded. Our staff will wait for you at information counter for up to 60 mins after flight landing. Thereafter or if you do not see our staff who will carry a sign with your name, please call us from the phone (free call) at the information counter. It is good that you provide us your roaming mobile number and keep it turned on, in case we need to reach you. You can look out for the light box with a big ‘i’ for the location of the information counter. If you encounter a situation of lost baggage, you MUST call us immediately.
