We collect your luggage at airport and deliver to any of above destination. With your provided flight detail, we will wait and meet you at the arrival waiting area.
If delivery to cruise or ferry terminal, we will meet you at the terminal at your specified time. Ideal for those who arrive early in the morning and depart from cruise terminal later on the same day.
If delivery to hotel, we will deliver to hotel concierge before 2pm, hotel check-in time. You can collect from concierge when you check in later. Ideal for those who arrive at airport early in the morning.

We will pickup your luggage from hotel concierge and deliver to airport or cruise terminal or ferry terminal. You are not required to meet us but please inform concierge about your arrangement with us.
If delivery is to airport, please provide us your provided flight detail. We will wait and meet you near the airport check-in counter to return the luggage to you. Ideal for those with late night flight departure.
If delivery is to cruise or ferry terminal, we will meet you at the terminal at your specified time. We will send you detail of the meeting location after the booking. Ideal for those with late cruise departure on the same day.

We collect your luggage at on your apartment and deliver to airport or cruise/ferry terminal.
If delivery to airport, we will return the luggage to you near your airport check-in counter at your specified meeting time. Pls provide us your departure flight detail. Ideal for those with late night flight departure on the same day.
If delivery to cruise or ferry terminal, we will meet you at the terminal at your specified time. We will provide you more detail of the meeting location at cruise terminal. Ideal for those with late cruise departure on the same day.

We collect your luggage at on your arrival at cruise or ferry terminal and deliver to any of above destination.
If delivery to airport, we will meet you near your airport check-in counter of the departure flight. Please provide us fligth detail so we know where to wait for you. If delivery to hotel, you can collect them from hotel concierge as we will deliver to reach concierge before 2pm. If delivery to apartment, we will meet you at your specified time at the apartment.
Service is ideal for those with night flight departure on the same day. You are free of your luggage to do other things until your flight departure.
Required Information and Service Procedure
– Provide us required information in online form :
– pickup address, delivery location and collection time, number of bags.
– passport number (for bag ownership verification).
– roaming mobile number and departure flight number if collecting at airport.
– Bags will be picked up at hotel between 10am and 2pm.
– You are not required to meet us at hotel.
– Inform hotel concierge that bags will be picked up by Porter Xpress
– If collecting at airport, bags will be returned to you near check-in counter at your specified time.
– If collecting at cruise or ferry terminal, bags will be returned to you at your specified time.
– Surcharge will apply if waiting exceeds 20 minutes from your specified time at terminal.
– We will verify bag ownership with your passport against passport number provided.
– Deposit required and payable in advance to deter any no show.
– Provide us required information in online form :
– delivery address, hotel booking number if staying at hotel.
– number of bags, contact of receiving person at destination if not to hotel.
– Bags will be collected from you upon your airport arrival.
– Keep you roaming mobile phone on when you arrive at airport.
– You will be met by our staff who will hold a sign with your name at arrival waiting area.
– You can proceed with your plan while we safely store and/or deliver your bags
– You can collect your bags at the specified delivery address later
– Surcharge if waiting exceeds 45 minutes from actual flight landing time.
– Additional charge on re-delivery to destination if no one is present to receive it at residence
– Deposit required and payable in advance to deter any no show.
– Provide us required information in online form :
– Delivery address, hotel booking number if staying at hotel.

– Bags will be collected from you upon your cruise or ferry arrival.
